STEVENS POINT, Wi (WSAU) — A 24 year old Stevens Point man was taken into custody Wednesday around 7:22 pm after a domestic call led to a police search.
Aaron Walker was taken into custody after leaving the scene of a domestic dispute with a women at a residence on Henrietta Street before police could apprehend him. He was later tracked by a K9 unit and arrested in the 3200 block of Echo Dells Drive without incident.
Walker, who was intoxicated at the time of the incident and arrest, was booked into the Portage County Jail on charges of Disorderly Conduct, Battery, Criminal Damage to property and Intimidation of a Victim, all under Domestic Abuse laws.
