WISCONSIN RAPIDS, WI (WSAU-WAOW) – The Wood County Health Department announced Wednesday that they’ve received their shipment of N95 masks from the State of Wisconsin. They’re being offered for free to the public.
It’s part of an effort to increase access to high-quality masks to control the spread of COVID-19. The federal government shipped N95 & KN95 masks across the U.S. to be given to the public.
They’ll be available while supplies last during municipal hours if applicable, at town/board meetings, and during elections.
They’re available in the following municipalities:

- Town of Grand Rapids
- Town of Hansen
- Town of Marshfield
- Town of Port Edwards
- Town of Rudolph
- Town of Sherry
- Town of Sigel
- Town of Wood
- Village of Arpin
- Village of Auburndale
