MADISON, WI (MetroNews-WSAU) — The University of Wisconsin-Madison helps develop a tick app.
The app reveals areas of tick activity and allows someone to send an image and give the location of ticks to learn more about the kind of tick it is. UW-Madison Professor of Entomology Doctor Susan Paskewitz says it’s important to what type of tick is found in the area.
