ROTHSCHILD, WI (WSAU) — A local athletic and recreational facility is choosing to temporarily close its doors.
According to their website, Sawmill Adventure Park in Rothschild is temporarily closing. The business says it is closing to help slow the spread of COVID-19 as they say, “Although we love providing an outlet for families to let go and have fun, we also feel we are not doing our part to stop the local spread.”
The update goes on to say, “We have loved ones who work at local healthcare facilities, and it is continually hard to ignore the affect this is having on our frontline workers.”
The website does not mention a reopening date for the adventure park. But it does say that the community can find updates about the business on their website, or by following their Facebook page.
