STEVENS POINT, WI (WSAU) — A local county government is putting together a panel to keep the community informed of COVID-19.
Portage County will be holding a Virtual Town Hall this week to inform residents about the COVID-19 community response and answer any questions submitted by community members in advance. The town hall will include panel members from both the public health and local hospital sectors of Portage County.
The panelists include Portage County Health and Human Services Director Ray Przybelski, Portage County Public Health Officer Gary Garske, Portage County Public Health Contact Tracer Brad Johnson, VP of Aspirus Stevens Point Clinic Robert Smith, Director of Student Health Services at UWSP Dr. Helen Luce, and Ascension EMS Medicine Physician Dr. Michael Clark.
Questions for the panel will be taken until 9 a.m. Monday morning at the County Executive email address. The recorded panel discussion will be posted the following week for public viewing.
