LINCOLN, NE (WSAU) — The Wisconsin volleyball team scored a 3-2 victory over Texas A&M to book a spot in the Lincoln Regional Final on Sunday.
Sarah Franklin led the Badgers with 21 kills. Carter Booth added a career-high 14 kills and nine blocks. Lola Schumacher recorded 24 digs to lead the Badger defense.
The Badgers recorded a .257 attack percentage with 67 kills on 157 attempts and 22 errors, or attempts that led to points for the Aggies.
Set scores were 25-21, 18-25, 25-19, 23-25, and 15-13. Wisconsin plays Nebraska for the Region Championship on Sunday afternoon. First serve is scheduled for 2:00 PM and the match will be televised by ABC.
