WAUSAU, Wis. (WSAU) -- A Wausau woman arrested while in court Monday has been charged with selling drugs while on bond for a similar drug charge.
42-year-old Elnora Henderson was to be sentenced Monday for selling eight hydrocodone pills to an undercover agent. She was free on a $20,000 signature bond. When Henderson arrived for court to enter into a plea agreement, she was taken into custody again.
Henderson made an initial appearance Tuesday on the new charges of selling her own prescription pills to an informant for $50.00. Judge Greg Grau set bond at $200 cash plus the $20,000 signature bond, and set her preliminary hearing for July 16th at 9:30 a.m. A pretrial conference will be held July 23rd.
Henderson has several children to care for, with four of them under eight years old. Her husband is in prison. Her son Fredrick Morris is also facing prison time for assaulting Marathon County corrections officers Julie Christiansen and Denny Woodward just over a year ago, sending Christensen to the hospital for several months. Morris will be sentenced in September.
