The Grammy Awards will be handed out this Sunday night, and Billboard Editor Joe Levy predicts Kacey Musgraves and Taylor Swift will be walking away with some new hardware for their trophy cases. He tells ABC News Radio Kacey especially has a good chance at taking the Best New Artist trophy.

"She's the kind of country artist who means more outside of Nashville than she does inside of Nashville," Joe says of Kacey. "She does OK at country radio, but where she does really well is with the kind of people who love classic songwriting and don't pay a lot of attention to country music. So, I like her chances in Best New Artist."

Kacey is also up for Best Country Album with Same Trailer Different Park , but Joe predicts Taylor Swift has a great shot at winning both the Country Album and overall Album of the Year trophy with Red .

He says, "Grammys are a subset of the world, the world loves Taylor Swift.  Taylor Swift could end up the youngest person ever to have two Grammy wins in this category."

Of course, Taylor won the Album of the Year Grammy for her sophomore project, Fearless .
