WOODRUFF, Wis. (WSAU) -- Three people were arrested on drug charges after investigation by the Northcentral Drug Enforcement Group. The arrests happened January 30th in the Town of Woodruff, and charges were filed in Oneida County court Monday.
28-year-old DeAngelo Campbell of Milwaukee was arrested on a warrant from Milwaukee County.
31-year-old Ibn Wallace of Milwaukee, and 28-year-old Kirstie Voss of Woodruff have been charged with delivery of heroin, possession of heroin, possession of marijuana, possession of Schedule II narcotics, and knowingly maintaining a drug trafficking place. Oneida County’s District Attorney and the Department of Social Services are also considering additional charges of child neglect due to the activities in the Woodruff area home.
The Northcentral Drug Enforcement Group includes police officers from Woodruff, Rhinelander, and Minocqua, plus agents from the Oneida County Sheriff’s Department, and Wisconsin’s Division of Community Corrections.
