MERRILL, Wis (WSAU) A trial date has been set for a Merrill man who is accused of killing his estranged wife. Mark Bucki's trial will start with jury selection on April 7th.
Bucki's wife Anita was found stabbed and strangled off Highway 13 in Taylor County about two weeks after she was reported missing. She'd moved out of the family home and was living in Wausau. Mark Bucki reported her missing after they'd discussed their pending divorce on April 25th.
Bucki is being held in the Lincoln County jail on $2-million bond.
