WASHINGTON D.C. (WTAQ) - The names of five Wisconsin officers will be added Monday evening to the National Law Enforcement Memorial wall in Washington.
U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder will speak at the 25th annual candlelight vigil at the memorial.
The names of 321 new entries will be read, including 5 from the Badger State who were killed in the line of duty.
Wauwatosa officer Jennifer Sebena, was originally denied at place on the wall, will be honored along with Milwaukee County sheriff’s deputy Sergio Aleman. Both died in the last year.
Also to be honored are three Milwaukee County deputies killed nearly a century ago – William Wank, Frank Heup, and George Pazik.
