RUDOLPH, Wisc (WSAU) Two people were injured when a vehicle left the road and rolled over on Highway 34 in Rudolph on Sunday afternoon.
Portage County sheriffs deputies say a young, inexperienced driver took the turn too quickly and lost control. He may have been trying to pass another vehicle at the time of the accident. The 16-year-old driver and his 10-year-old passenger were not wearing seat-belts. Their names have not been made public.
The driver was airlifted to St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield. The passenger was taken there by ambulance. Their injuries are not life threatening.
