You would expect country stars Garth Brooks , Dierks Bentley , Alan Jackson and Josh Turner to be on hand for George Jones ' final concert November 22 in Nashville, but who would ever think 80s hitmaker Cyndi Lauper would show up? She's the latest big name added to the star-studded bill along with "American Pie" singer Don McLean and Billy Ray Cyrus .

George explains, "Now, people may not know this, but I have been a fan of Cyndi’s since I first saw her years ago at the Grammy awards. What a thrill it was to hear she will be part of this final celebration."

Randy Travis , Kid Rock , Kenny Rogers , Charlie Daniels , Joe Diffie , Patty Loveless and Montgomery Gentry are also performing with George Jones at the final concert.
