GREEN BAY, WI (LEARFIELD-WSAU) The Green Bay Packers have announced their Training Camp schedule – and for the first week, the players will have early wake-up calls.
The first public practice is set for Friday, July 26th. It’s the first of six sessions that begin at 8:20 a-m. The players will wear light shells for the first two workouts. They’ll be in full pads for most of the other practices, starting on July 28th.
There are 19 practices which are open to the public, plus the annual Family Night Scrimmage on August third at Lambeau Field.
If the weather’s good, the Packers will practice at Ray Nitschke Field near the stadium. On rainy days, the team will be inside the Don Hutson Center – which is not open to fans.
