MADISON, WI (WTAQ) - The Mega Millions’ jackpot has been won for the second time this month.
A ticket sold in Texas matched all the numbers Tuesday night to win $20 million. Four players around the country won the quarter-million-dollar prize. None were from Wisconsin.
The numbers of state players winning smaller prizes was not immediately available.
Tuesday night’s numbers were 10, 14, 21, 40, and 53. The Mega Ball was 20, and the Megaplier was 2.
The jackpot rolled over just twice before it was claimed. On July 5th, a player in Troy Michigan won a $79 million prize. The Mega Millions’ jackpot returns to its minimum of $12 million for the next drawing on Friday night.
In Powerball, the jackpot for tonight is at $116 million.
