WAUSAU, Wis. (WSAU) -- Not all drunk drivers are picked up out on the freeway. One from Wausau was arrested in downtown Wausau Tuesday in the middle of the afternoon.
Wisconsin State Patrol officials pulled over 61-year-old Jack A. Schenzel at 3:50 p.m. on Grand Avenue. This was Schenzel’s sixth offense for operating while intoxicated.
Law enforcement officials say every driver needs to be alert and pay attention to what other drivers are doing, because an impaired driver can be anywhere at any time.
