WISCONSIN RAPIDS, Wis. (WSAU) -- The man that smashed several windows at the Marshfield Clinic’s Urgent Care Center in Marshfield this past March will be on probation for three years. 40-year-old William Sachs made a plea agreement in Wood County Court Friday.
Sachs pleaded guilty to two counts each of disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property. He won’t spend any time in jail, but he must undergo counseling, take his prescribed medications, and have no contact with Marshfield Clinic except for emergencies.
No one else was injured in the incident, but Sachs had cuts on his hands. He caused over seven thousand dollars worth of glass damage at the Urgent Care entrance and at the Russell Lewis Building across the street.
