MERRILL, WI (WSAU) The woman accused of crashing a car while intoxicated and killing two passengers entered not-guilty pleas in Lincoln County court Tuesday.

25-year-old Ashley Baumann was arraigned before Judge Jay Tlusty. She faces nine felony counts including homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle after a June 7th, 2012 crash that killed 31-year-old Misty Glisch and 33-year-old Jessica Hartwig. Investigators say Baumann was travelling nearly 100 miles per hour when the car left South Alexander Street in Merrill and rolled several times at around 3:30 in the morning.

Baumann remains free on a 5000 cash bond. Her next court appearance is April 11th for a pretrial hearing. Baumann and 29-year-old Jessica Woller were the only two survivors of the crash.
