Disher and Jost cases delayed

STEVENS POINT, WI (WSAU) -  The three defendants involved in the improper spending of a missing woman’s Social Security checks had their court hearings delayed. Ronald and Dolores Disher and Dolores’ brother Charles Jost were supposed to have pre-trial conferences yesterday. Assistant District Attorney Veronica Isherwood says they are still waiting for key evidence results from a laboratory.  "We're waiting for results from the crime lab, and it's put off until March 4th, 2013."

A Texas crime lab is examining bone fragments found on the Jost property to determine if they are possibly the human remains of either Marie Jost or her son Theodore Jost.

Until then, all three remain incarcerated, charged with cashing Marie Jost’s checks since about 1980. Marie Jost would be 101 if alive, and is also the mother of Charles Jost and Dolores Disher.
