EAGLE RIVER, WI (WSAU) -  A former middle school math teacher from Eagle River will be sentenced today. 47-year-old Michael Wang pled guilty to two charges of possessing child pornography. As part of the plea arrangement, eight additional child pornography charges were dismissed. Wang could get up to 25 years in prison for each of the two counts.

Investigators found over 100 photos and videos with children that appeared to be younger than 10 years old, and with having inappropriate chats and performing a sexual act for a 14-year-old on his web camera.

The investigation started in May of 2011 when Eagle River school officials tracked possible pornography on a school computer using a special tracking software. Many of the images were found on removable flash drives in his classroom.

The sentencing hearing starts at 1:30 p.m. before judge Neal Nielsen in Vilas County.
