White House says not exaggerating impact of automatic spending cuts

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The White House has very little flexibility in how to roll out automatic spending cuts slated to take effect on March 1 because of the way the sequester law is written, White House spokesman Jay Carney told reporters on Friday.
