The man who threatened force while robbing a Wausau Hardee’s restaurant was sentenced Monday.
22-year-old Jacob Juedes was convicted on one count Monday after reaching a plea deal with the state. The other charges were dismissed but read in at sentencing.
Juedes will serve nine months in the Marathon County Jail followed by 10 years of probation when he is released. Judge Michael Moran also ordered Juedes to pay $334 dollars in restitution to the restaurant, participate in counseling, and make a solid effort to get a job. He will serve his time in Marathon County’s jail with work release privileges.
