The star, who has been in and out of hospital in recent years, reached the milestone on Wednesday (06Feb13), and to celebrate, Prince Frederic Von Anhalt is making a big statement in Los Angeles.

Von Anhalt is also staging an Oscars viewing party at their home on 24 February (13) as a belated bash for Gabor.

He tells Britain's Daily Mail, ""We always have her birthday party on a Sunday and although she won't be able to join in, I've got cameras rigged up and she'll be watching the whole thing on a big screen from her bed.

""Plus everyone who goes to the Oscars will see my birthday present to her - a 40ft by 18ft billboard of our wedding photo which I'm putting up on Sunset Boulevard.""

Von Anhalt has previously taken out a huge billboard in honour of the actress to celebrate the couple's 25th wedding anniversary in 2011.
