WASHINGTON, D.C. (WSAU) - A Wisconsin manufacturer is getting an extension for one of their military contracts. Oshkosh Defense will be making more Medium Tactical Vehicle replacements. The military will be getting 32 of the vehicles between now and September 30th of next year.
This is an extension of a previous contract to build these same vehicles, and will bring the company approximately 7-point-9 million dollars when completed. The money is budgeted through the Marine Corps Overseas Contingency Operation funds.
