GREEN BAY, WI (WSAU) - The merger of two banks has been completed.
Nicolet Bank and Mid Wisconsin Bank completed the merger they announced November 29th this past Friday. Nicolet bought Mid Wisconsin Bank for 10-point-2 million dollars. With Mid Wisconsin’s 13 branch offices, the combined company has 22 locations with 325 employees.
Two of Mid Wisconsin’s board members have joined the Nicolet Bankshares board of directors. They are Dr. Kim Gowey from Medford and Chris Ghidorzi from Wausau. Expect to see Nicolet Bank signs replacing the Mid Wisconsin Bank signs shortly.
