CHARLOTTE, NC (WSAU) Milwaukee’s 11th loss in the last 14 games came Saturday night against the Charlotte Bobcats, 95-85. Despite winning the game, the Bobcats still have the worst record in the NBA.
Because they lost the game, the Bucks are going to face the top-seeded Miami Heat in the first round of the playoffs. It will help to get starters Brandon Jennings and Larry Sanders back, but it isn’t expected to help enough to beat the Heat.
Mike Dunleavy led the Bucks scoring with 19 points at Charlotte. Monta Ellis added 16.
Charlotte led by five at the half and was up by 17 after three periods. The Bucks did cut the lead to six with 23 seconds remaining, but the Bobcats were never seriously threatened. Kemba Walker led the winnings with 21.
The Bucks host Denver tonight in the final home regular season game of the year. You can hear the game on Foxsports 1390 & FM 93.9 at 6:40
