WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) -  A grant for over $18,000 will help a Wausau research project for seniors. Aspirus VNA Home Health will study a specialized in-home exercise and flexibility program for senior citizens. It’s a program designed to help reduce the number of falls and the injuries that come with them.

The funding is part of a fifty-thousand dollar grant shared with the University of Wisconsin Madison Department of Family Medicine’s Geriatrics Division.
