The whereabouts of Stephanie Low has been a mystery for two years. Friends and family members have not given up hope of finding Stephanie. Many of them attended a candlelight vigil Wednesday night, on the two year anniversary of her disappearance.

Stephanie’s mother Claudia Blake says not knowing where your child is has been very painful. She has tried to remain strong during the two-year ordeal, and she admits it’s tough.  Claudia says what she really needs is answers and her daughter back.

Wausau Police Lieutenant Bill Kolb says it’s important for the department and the community to be there for the family.  Kolb told the group investigators have not given up on finding Stephanie Low, and they believe this case will be solved eventually.  Kolb has been communicating regularly with Stephanie’s family about the case, but admits there hasn't been much good news to share lately.

Balloons were released at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday prior to the candlelight vigil at Oak Island Park. Stephanies family and friends are hoping there won't have to be another gathering like this.
