MARSHFIELD, WI (WSAU) - The man who stole money and drugs from the Marshfield Walgreens pharmacy is facing federal robbery charges. 31-year-old dustin Fritz allegedly used a gun to commit the crimes last June, and later gave himself up. The value and type of the drugs taken forced the case into federal court.Fritz was supposed to have a jury trial next week, but will now enter a plea to the federal charges next Wednesday, October 17th.
