MADISON (WSAU) The final suspect in the Manson Insurance fraud case pled guilty to two criminal charges in federal court in Madison. 62-year-old Timothy Mathwich admits to conspiracy to commit bank fraud and conspiracy to misappropriate insurance credits. Each count carries up to five-and-a-half years in prison and a quarter-million dollar fine. He'll be sentenced in February.

Mathwich is Manson's former president and chief operating officer.

The company took out secret loans that its insurance customers didn't know about. The loans were sold to River Valley Bank, which discovered the fraud and notified the FBI when they bought the insurance agency in 2010. The bank wasn't involved in the wrongdoing.
