WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) - Hunters are asked to keep an eye out for more than just deer this season. Authorities want deer hunters to be observant of anything suspicious as they hunt.
Wausau and Antigo Police are still looking for two missing women, Kayla Berg and Stephanie Low. Both are white females.
15-year-old Kayla Berg was reported missing on August 11, 2009. 22-year-old Stephanie Low has been missing since October 10, 2010. Police believe Stephanie Low’s disappearance is suspicious in nature, and they don’t believe the two disappearances are related.
Anyone that finds evidence of a crime or the whereabouts of missing persons is encouraged to contact law enforcement immediately.
Anyone providing information leading to the whereabouts of these missing persons may be eligible for a cash reward.
Also, It wasn’t long ago that people discovered a marijuana growing operation on national forest property in Oconto County. Portable methamphetamine labs have also been hidden in the woods.
