BRANDON, WI (WTAQ) - A 61-year-old man was killed Wednesday in a two-vehicle crash near Brandon in Fond du Lac County.

Sheriff’s deputies said a vehicle driven by a 27-year-old Sheboygan woman drove through a stop sign at the corner of two rural roads, and collided with a vehicle coming from the left.

The first vehicle caught fire. The fatal victim from Brandon was the other driver, and nobody else was in his vehicle.

Both units were reported to have overturned.

Fond du Lac County authorities continue to investigate. The victims’ names were not immediately released.
