BREAKING: Wisconsin Assembly Passes Budget Without Debate 55-42

MADISON, WI (WTAQ) - In an unusual move, the Wisconsin Assembly passed the proposed two-year state budget without much of a debate. The abrupt vote was 55-42. American Country Awards Fan Voting Ends in Most Categories on Monday

The American Country Awards are coming up December 10 on Fox, and fan voting in most of the categories is set to end on Monday, November 12. The voting is now live at TheACAs.com , so cast your vote before it's too late. Artist of the Year voting continues through December 7.

The show promises to be a star-studded affair, with Jason Aldean , Lady Antebellum , Dierks Bentley , Luke Bryan and Little Big Town all confirmed to perform live. Lee Brice , Dustin Lynch , Chris Young and Jana Kramer are among the previously-announced presenters. Trace Adkins and Kristin Chenoweth return as hosts.
