WAUSAU, WI  (WSAU)  -  Authorities have released the name of the man who died in a head-on traffic crash Tuesday night. 25-year-old Jarvis Pittman was killed when his car crossed the center line and struck a pickup truck. The crash happened on highway 52 between Spring Brook Road and Sunrise Road . The other driver was treated for minor injuries and released from Aspirus Wausau Hospital. Icing on the roadway may have been a factor in the crash. The Marathon County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the crash.
