WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) - A Hatley man has pleaded guilty to his fifth O-W-I offense.

44 year-old Dale Budleski was pulled over in Schofield by state troopers August 25th for a defective tail light. The officer noticed Budleski was impaired, and arrested him.

As part of that plea bargain, Budleski will serve 8 months in the Marathon County jail and then 3 years on probation. While on probation his license will be revoked, and he'll have to use an ignition interlock on any car he is approved to drive in. He'll also have to go through a drug and alcohol assessment program.
