MOSINEE, Wis. (WSAU) – Get ready for ramp closures in Mosinee starting today.

DOT work crews will be starting the primary work on the Maple Ridge Road interchange starting this morning. The northbound on ramp and the southbound off ramp will be closed through the middle of August as crews realign the approaches to I-39.

No detour routes will be posted. Drivers are advised to plan ahead and allow more travel time to avoid delays.

The $10.8 million project includes the work on the ramps, a repaving of the interchange and some signage improvements.
