Twenty-year-old Hunter Hayes admits he loves the outpouring of female attention he gets wherever he goes. He jokes he doesn’t mind the stalkers at all.

“It is so funny, they will come up during the autograph signings and say ‘I promise you I am not stalking you.’  I am like ‘I don’t mind! I’m honored that you have taken the time to come to more than one show’,” he tells Cincinnati’s CityBeat .

Hunter reveals there are even some fans he knows so well he can recognize their cars in the parking lot.  “There is this one girl who has driven thousands of miles and she is always almost apologetic about it, and you don’t even know how much that makes my day.”

Hunter’s stalkers will have their work cut out for them this summer, as he heads out on tour with Carrie Underwood and plays the main stage at CMA Music Festival .
