Lead nominee Carrie Underwood has signed on to perform at the 11th CMT Music Awards, coming up June 6 in Nashville.

According to People , Brad Paisley, Kenny Chesney, Lady Antebellum, Zac Brown Band and Little Big Town will also perform on the live broadcast on CMT and CMT.com.

Voting is now open at CMT.com through June 4.
