UNDATED (WSAU) The Wisconsin Badgers and Marquette Golden Eagles both drew high-seeds in the NCAA college basketball tournament.
Wisconsin is the number-4 seed in the east region. They Badgers will play Montana in the first round on Thursday in Alberqueque, New Mexico. The game is scheduled for a 1:10pm CT tip-off. It will be carried live on WSAU AM-550 FM-99.9, with game coverage beginning at noon.
If the Badgers win, they’d play again Saturday against the winner of the Vanderbilt vs. Harvard game. The Badgers portion of the tournament bracket also includes Syracuse as the top seed, and 2nd seeded Ohio State.
Marquette is a number-3 seed in the west region. They’ll play the winner of the BYU vs. Iona play-in game on Thursday in Louisville, Kentucky. If Marquette wins, they’ll play on Saturday against the winner of the Murray State vs. Colorado game.
