CRANDON, Wis (WSAU) A stabbing suspect was in Forest County court yesterday. Preston Krusensterna is one of five people charged in a gang-related stabbing last month a Moll Lake.
His defense lawyers argued that bond should be lowered from $15,000 -- because the suspect was only in the wrong place at the wrong time. They claim he was washing dishes at the home where the incident took place, and wasn’t directly involved. Prosecutors say the stabbing victim ID'd Krusensterna as one of the attackers. He's charged with first-degree attempted homicide.
The suspect will be back in court April 11th to enter a plea.
