KRONENWETTER, Wis. (WSAU) – A Madison area company will run a Kronenwetter mobile home park for another 4 months.
Fitchburg-based Inland Madison has received a renewal on the mobile home park license it received from the village in late March. The license had been set to expire July 1.
Inland Madison took over Bouche's Kronenwetter Park from Randy Bouche after he failed to correct several code violations that include rotting floors, mold and disconnected pipes.
Zoning administrator Randy Fifrick says the village has seen marked improvement in the site over the past several months and that most of the issues with the park have been solved. “We're hopeful after a July 5th court date has been met they'll make some more progress.” That's the date Anchor Bank will foreclose on the property and gain full control.
The village is requiring Inland to keep up with 17 conditions on that renewal including regular maintenance of the facility and repairing the driveway before winter comes.
