WAUSAU, Wis (WSAU) A problem at an electrical substation on Wausau's east side is to blame for Sunday morning's power outage.
Wisconsin Public Service says about 1,500 customers in the area were without power around 6am, including WSAW-TV's studios on Grand Avenue. Power was restored around 9:30 yesterday morning.
