CRANDON, Wis (WSAU) A former medical examiner had a 'not guilty' plea entered on her behalf on charges of taking human tissue from a dead body.

It's the second charge against Traci England, who has since been removed as medical examiner for Oneida and Forest County. Earlier she'd been charged with taking a piece of human spine. She was using to train a cadaver dog. She's already pled 'not guilty' to that earlier charge of misconduct in public office.
