Rascal Flatts will release their new album, Changed , on April 3, and it's named for a song on the project lead singer Gary LeVox describes as "really, really special." "We thought the title of that song really captures what this new season of our career is, 'cause everything in our career has changed," Gary says. He's talking about the group's jump to new label Big Machine Records and a recent switch to a new management team. Gary adds, "We're excited about people getting to hear the song and to hear the album." The first single from Changed is called "Banjo," and it's now climbing the country chart.
In other news, the Flatts are apparently working on a movie of sorts. Band member Jay DeMarcus tweeted describing the project as a performance/documentary style film with the band members' individual stories intertwined in it. We'll keep you posted once details on that project are confirmed.
