RIB MOUNTAIN, Wis (WSAU) A Green Bay developer is planning to build more retail space along Rib Mountain Drive. The land that's currently Rib Mountain Greenhouse will become a Hobby Lobby store and ULTA Beauty Supply.

The greenhouse will be open this summer, and will move to a not-yet-announced location next year. Construction will start in the fall.

Rib Mountain officials approved the development last month. The developer is not asking for any financial assistance or tax credits for the project.
