WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) - A Town of Wausau house was damaged by a chimney fire Thursday afternoon. it happened at 7407 Highway 52 in the town of Wausau. The fire was burning up the corner of the house behind a wood stove, and went up into the wall and attic by the chimney.

Crews were called just after 2:00 p.m. The residents were home, but were not injured.
