MERRILL, WI  (WSAU)  25-year-old Ashley Baumann was back in court Wednesday afternoon. She is the woman charged with nine felonies including two counts of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle after an alleged drunk driving incident that killed two friends and injured another riding with her.  33-year-old Jessica Hartwig and 31-year-old Misty Glisch died in the June 7th crash.

Lincoln County Judge  Jay Tlusty ruled there was enough evidence to bind her over for trial during Wednesday's preliminary hearing. Her next court appearance will be an arraignment hearing January 8th at 9:30. Until then, Baumann is free on a 5000 cash bond.
