MERRILL, WI (WSAU) -  One of the teenagers charged with several burglaries in Lincoln, Taylor, and Marathon Counties has entered pleas to more of the charges. 17-year-old Dylan Graap was found guilty by no contest pleas for a Merrill area burglary on Tower Road. Graap must serve 90 days in jail with work release privileges. Another 90 days and two years probation were withheld. Part of Graap’s sentencing is to pay restitution and to stay in school and graduate, plus any evaluations and counseling required by the court. If he stays out of trouble, he can apply to the court to have his record expunged.

Co-defendant 17-year-old Travis Dallman has already been found guilty in Taylor County, and is awaiting a jury trial February 11th on many of the Lincoln County charges. He is also required to attend school as part of his bond conditions.
