TOMAHAWK, WI (WSAU) -  A Tomahawk man is hospitalized after being shot Monday afternoon. Lincoln County investigators are looking into the incident that happened in the Town of Somo, northwest of Tomahawk, The 66-year-old man was taken by private auto to Sacred Hospital, and then transferred to a trauma center where he remains in fair condition. He has a single gunshot wound, but officers have not identified the man’s name, the type of weapon, or what may have led to the shooting. Detectives have interviewed a witness, but are not releasing details while the investigation continues.
