BREAKING: Wisconsin Assembly Passes Budget Without Debate 55-42

MADISON, WI (WTAQ) - In an unusual move, the Wisconsin Assembly passed the proposed two-year state budget without much of a debate. The abrupt vote was 55-42. Willie Nelson Hospitalized with Breathing Problems, Misses Colorado Fundraiser

Willie Nelson missed a scheduled appearance at a fundraiser outside of Denver on Saturday, and was hospitalized due to what was described as "breathing problems."

According to Denver's KUSA-TV , the crowd at the Castle Pines Village fundraiser was told that the 79-year-old Nelson was "suffering from breathing problems due to the high altitude and emphysema" and had been taken to a hospital. There was no update on Nelson's condition as of Sunday night.

The fundraiser was for the animal sheltering organization Dumb Friends League.
